Search the Balearic ETV registry

Type the property's address, the town, or the ETV licence number directly (e.g. ETV/1234). Mallorca + Menorca are indexed in full. Ibiza + Formentera lookups are coming soon.

How to read the results

Active status (Alta) = the licence is currently valid per the most recent Consell data we have.
⚠ Plurifamiliar (ETV-P) — the licence is for a property in a multi-family building. These have tighter transfer rules; often need community approval to continue tourist use after a sale.
⚠ Use-limited (ETV-L) — the licence caps usage (typically 60 days/year). Fine for occasional letting; wrong tool if you want to buy-to-rent as a business.
Capacity (places) is the maximum registered sleepers.

Heads-up

Our data refreshes nightly from the open-data feeds published by the Consells. Licences can be suspended or revoked between refreshes. For a buyer's offer letter, always cross-reference a verified report (or our data + the Consell's live portal) within 48 hours of signing.
