Best months
October–May. Avoid mid-June through mid-September unless you're here for the clubs (rates 3-5x and supply scarce). October and May are the transition months — perfect weather, half the rates of peak summer.

€1,500-3,000/mo for a one-bed in Ibiza Town or Santa Eulària (off-season). €3,000-6,000/mo for a 2-3 bed finca in Sant Joan or Santa Gertrudis. Cliff villas in Es Cubells start €10,000+/mo. Summer rates 3-5x — book by January if July-August.
Practical notes
ETV regulations are stricter on Ibiza than other islands due to oversaturation pressure. Long-stay rentals (1+ month) sit in a different legal frame from tourist rentals and are easier to source. Most off-season rentals are direct from owners; we surface vetted options. Car essential outside Ibiza Town and Santa Eulària.
