The people you'll need on the island
Buying property in the Balearics is the easy part. The hard part is everything that follows — your gestor for taxes, your architect for the renovation, your ETV consultant for the licence, your property manager for the months you're not there. This is the directory of people we've personally vetted to make those calls.

Specialists in obtaining or transferring ETV (tourist rental) licences. Understands the moratorium status, plaza availability, and which municipalities are accepting new applications.

FX brokers (Wise, Currencies Direct, Halo, Atlantic) typically save 1-3% versus bank wire spreads on a property purchase. Worth €5K-30K on a typical transaction.
Spanish mortgage brokers for non-resident buyers. Lionsgate, CRD Capital, and a handful of others specialise in foreign buyers and source the right Spanish bank for your profile.

Every provider is personally vetted before listing — interview, reference checks, sample-of-work review. The directory ships small but real, not big and unverified. If you need a specific referral while we build, email hello@balearic.world and we'll match you against the providers we're already evaluating.

The first wave of providers gets a permanent free listing in exchange for being early. We charge nothing for leads. The only gate is the vetting interview — we publish people we'd recommend to a friend buying their first home in the Balearics.
