Practical notes
Wellness retreats run year-round (the island has a strong off-season retreat circuit October-May). Beach experiences are mid-May through mid-October. Private chefs are essential for villa dining — most restaurants need to be booked weeks ahead in summer. Off-season everything's quieter and cheaper; peak summer prices are 2-3x.
